Went this past Sunday before going to an off broadway show (Signature Theater). Had some delicious Buffalo wings and some Parmesan coated wings too. They were very good nice and crispy, perfect amount of hot sauce. Had a few nice cold beer. After the show we headed back to Walter's Cottage for a last drink, we'll had a few more beers and a couple of rounds of tequila. Our bartender was amazing (sorry my friend can't remember your name )he felt our vibe and started playing salsa music. We danced for about a couple of hours and then headed home very happy was the best part of the night for sure.

Good local bar with really cold beer on tap. This place is an absolute gem. They were so welcoming and friendly that my group had a great experience there last night. It was Sunday so they weren't crowded which was just what we wanted. I chose this place based on Yelp reviews which seemed good, it was described as a great local bar with cold beer and friendly staff, and it was just that. They served us some good wings before the show and we went back afterwards for more drinks and we ended up dancing to some great music. Even got the patrons at the bar dancing with us too. They have some really clean bathrooms and a covered smoking area out front for patrons who like to indulge. The bartenders are really friendly and cater the music to their guests. The guy played some classic salsa for the ladies and we truly enjoyed ourselves. If you're looking for a Cheers type of bar this is the place.

Do not let the lack of advertisement or signage deter you. Regular neighborhood friendly bar in the Irish motif with light bar fare. Off the beaten path but not too far from all the action of Tourist Square. Also it gets bonus love for having patrons back sitting at the bar day 1 post NYC restrictions. They even have a small outside seating area which is good for a smoke if you are into that. Worth your time if what you are looking for is a breather and cold one

Great locals spot with incredibly cheap bar food. The staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone here usually knows each other. Try the boneless wings or burger, you can't go wrong with either. Wash that down with some of NYC's coldest and cheapest draft beer and you're good to go. This is a great bar.

Stumbled in here in the midddle of a Nor'easter. I wasn't headed here, but the weather seriously threw a wrench into what I thought was my well thought out plans. But I'm so glad I did. Upon entering this Irish bar, I was met by the barkeep, Tommy who immediately welcomed me and made me feel at home. This is truly a neighborhood bar, because everyone who came in, Tommy knew their name and maybe just as importantly, what they drink. The fish and chips were good. The fish was maybe a tad bit over breaded, but definitely hot and fresh. But what really made the bar was the warm feeling you got from that place. The cozy, at home aura. The feeling that Tommy gave you as if you were old friends. He was a genuine gentleman. This is a true neighborhood bar.
